Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions? We have answers!

Below is a curated list answering some of the most common questions our customers and prospective clients have.

  • What kinds of waterproofing are best for my job site?

A number of factors affect a job site which you should consider to choose the "best" solution for your needs. Some of these factors include:

    • Building type, such as properties with underground parking and high traffic areas.
    • Ground conditions, such as clay vs. vs. sand vs. bedrock.
    • Environmental conditions, such as sites with coastal conditions or high water tables.

We work with our clients to ensure the best waterproofing brands and materials are used to protect their property or job site.

  • Do you do large-scale waterproofing?

Yes! We have the skills, equipment, and experience to support large-scale projects, such as those exceeding 100,000 sq ft and requiring protection of foundation areas, parking decks, and high traffic areas. We are familiar with both large-scale commercial and residential (mid-high rise) structures.

Check out our portfolio for specific examples.

  • Where do you provide your services?

We are based on Long Island and serve New York Metropolitan area. Most of our projects are located in New York City and Long Island, but we can also help with medium to large developments in the greater Westchester, Eastern New Jersey, and Western Connecticut areas.

  • Do you provide emergency repairs?

We are an agile team that can handle rapid response waterproofing needs, but we would not be able to help with "emergency" situations such as:

    • Active major leaks, flooding, and storm water.
    • Site cleanup and drainage.
    • "Restoration" services, such as mold inhibition and dehumidification.

We can provide some specialty repairs, such as grout injection, but we can only work a site that is ready for general contracting work. Please feel free to contact us if you  have questions about your particular situation.

  • Do you waterproof homes?

We typically do not work on residential projects unless they are large-scale (e.g. 4,000 or more square feet) or require custom or specialty waterproofing or equipment needs.

  • Are you a union business?

We are not a union business.

  • Are you a MWBE business?
