Every day, thousands of New Yorkers live and work in the properties we've proudly protected over the years. We are a premier waterproofing and moisture/vapor protection firm with extensive experience in Division 7 barriers, sealants, and coatings for new commercial and residential developments.

Since 2005, we've been working with property developers, construction firms, and site managers across the New York Tri-State, keeping things nice and dry no matter what weather, site conditions, or other circumstances a building may face.

Whether you need sheet or liquid membrane installations, our installations provide lasting protection from water and/or vapor and we are familiar with a wide range of brands and materials.

Coatings & Sealants

Keeping water out is easily said, and hard to do well in large, high-traffic areas, or in complex below-grade sites. That's where we come in with our knowledge and skills to protect your building or site while saying on schedule and on budget.

Grout Injection

When leaks occur or a building requires rehabilitation, grout injection provides an effective, minimally invasive way to protect your site. We have the tools and knowledge necessary for proper grout injection.

We deeply understand the needs and expectations that come with working on large-scale and custom building sites.
